Holidays are here and company will soon be knocking on your door. Thankfully, ( no pun intended ) Treasurecombers.net has the most wonderful benches that look great with every décor and serve as extra seating whenever your guests bring some friends along. Benches serve as moveable seating and can double as a footrest and so much more.
This French Chic crocodile metal bench is a fabulous choice for a corner that needs a little something or alongside a table in a bedroom or anywhere you might need a little seat. This works great for a dressing room where you may want to sit to try on those new boots or Manolo Blahniks.
Benches are one of those necessities that we sometimes overlook, but once you find one that you can’t do without, you will always make sure the perfect bench is handy.
Benches can be elegant and stylish, or functional and rustic. This beauty is one of my favorites, and is all class. Charming and unique, any room would instantly be transformed by this stunning bench. Modern and sleek can serve as extra space for books, or in an entry way.
Pull up a bench to the dinner table and there you have enough room for three more people! The more the merrier.
Now and again, you may just enjoy the lovely look of a bench on your outdoor patio or see how nice a bench can dress up a vestibule or entry hall. It’s always a pleasure to have somewhere to sit when you are taking off those winter boots.
Asian themed furniture can really add to any minimalist design. I love this Asian bench that will have your guests asking, ‘Where did you find this fabulous piece?’ Why, Treasurecombers.net of course!
A bench at the end of a bed, lining a hallway or placed alongside a sofa, table and chairs will work to make a space inviting. Benches are so versatile you will find a myriad of uses for them. Here are a few more ideas to get you started.
I hope you and your family enjoy the holidays, create memories to last a lifetime, and always have enough seating for the stranger that shows up unexpectedly.
Until next week,
Happy Decorating!

According to Wikipedia, the first known use of the word “ottoman” for a piece of furniture, which originally described a tribe from Turkey, was used in the early 1600’s when Europeans imported this Turkish style of seating from Central Asia. They were low, plush benches with no arms and copious amounts of pillows. Called by different names such as pouffe, footstool, coffee table, hassock and my personal favorite, tuffet, this wonderful piece can add form and function to bedrooms, living rooms, game or great rooms.

The most important room in your home should be your bedroom. Spare no expense and stop making excuses for why you haven’t updated your bedding in a few years!
