You may remember the week before last I was writing about bathroom makeovers. Square Bowl Design

Here is one of my favorite designs of all. I love the flowing lines of this one piece back and seat. The curve of the silhouette is so feminine. I can picture the matching decor; elegant and stylish with a sophisticated slant.

Choosing a toilet bowl design used to be fairly straightforward. The 50′s brought us pink, baby blue and tan colored bowls; the 60′s and 70′s held little innovation in this department; the 80′s were a time for “designer bowls” with names like Pierre Cardin and Oleg Cassini, ( a favorite dress designer of Jackie O.) embossed on the edges and now, finally a true advance in style, design and function that complement our modern lifestyles.

Traditional or Modern, all  new toilet bowls will eventually be dual flush and low flow. The conservation of our natural resources becomes more pressing each year. Thank goodness we have our brilliant engineers and designers to provide us with beautiful choices that satisfy our need for beauty without sacrificing our environmental needs.
